Putting aside more "me" time is more
productive in long run, as it means you will
more energy to care about others,
steering you away from a total burnout.

It will help you reconnect with yourself. If
you've lost track of who you are, being
selfish can help you discover the 'you'
inside - a wonderful, beautiful person!

It allows space for your own gifts and talents
to bloom, avoiding the 'should-haves, could-
haves and would-haves' you will almost likely
experience if you don't get selfish once in a while.
